CentralAsia (CA) – In Sochi, a group of three adults and eight children disappeared in the mountains, a search is underway. This is reported by the Russian Emergencies Ministry .
The message that they do not get in touch with their relatives arrived at 23:25 the day before. It is known that adults did not register a tourist group, but children from nine to 16 years old.
On the morning of September 6, they left the village of Esto-Sadok into a mountain forest, to a lake located in the Rosa Peak area (height 2320 meters) on the southern slope of Rosa Khutor.
An operational headquarters was deployed in Sochi under the leadership of the Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Krasnodar Territory. Rescuers have already explored marked routes and lake shores in the Rosa Khutor ski resort on ATVs, but to no avail.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, over 60 people and equipment, including a helicopter and ATVs, were involved in the search. So far, the search for people who were heading to the southern slope of Rosa Khutor at an altitude of about 2300 meters did not give any result.

Now 64 people and 12 pieces of equipment are looking for the missing, of which 16 people and five pieces of equipment are from the Ministry of Emergencies.
